Cancelation Policy

To ensure appointment availability for all clients and maintain a smooth scheduling process, we kindly ask that you review our Credit Card on File and Cancellation Policy before booking your appointment.

Credit Card on File Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments at the time of booking.

This allows us to reserve your appointment time specifically for you and helps us manage our schedule efficiently.

Your card will not be automatically charged for your scheduled service unless you request it or a cancellation or no-show fee applies under this policy.

Why We Require a Card on File

Every appointment at Body and Soul Wellness is time reserved exclusively for you.

Requiring a card on file helps us:

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise and plans sometimes change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 72 hours' advance notice.

❀ 72 Hours or More Before Your Appointment: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without a cancellation fee.

❀ Less Than 72 Hours Before Your Appointment: Cancellations or rescheduling requests do not meet our required notice period. Please contact us directly regarding your appointment.

❀ Day-Before or Same-Day Cancellations: The full appointment amount will be charged to the card on file.

We kindly encourage you to notify us as early as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.

No-Show Policy

When an appointment is missed without prior notice, that reserved time cannot always be offered to another client.

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notifying us will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

This policy helps us respect the time of both our service providers and our clients.

Card Security & Payment Protection

Your privacy and payment security are important to us.

All card information is securely stored through encrypted payment processing systems.

❀ Your card will only be charged if the cancellation or no-show policy is violated or if you authorize payment for services.

❀ Your card information is maintained securely through our payment processing provider.

Payment for Services

Having a card on file does not mean your scheduled service will be automatically charged to that card.

You may choose your preferred payment method at the time of your appointment.

❀ Your card on file will not be automatically charged for completed services unless you request it.

❀ You may use another accepted form of payment at your appointment.

❀ Applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file in accordance with this policy.

Agreement to Our Policy

By scheduling an appointment with Body and Soul Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Credit Card on File and Cancellation Policy.

This includes the requirement to provide a valid credit or debit card, the 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling notice requirement, and applicable fees for missed appointments or late cancellations.
